REFUND POLICY AND WARRANTY
In the case of products that are irrevocable non-tangible goods, we do not give refunds after the product is shipped, you have the responsibility to understand before you buy it. We ask you to read carefully before. We only make exceptions to this rule when the description does not match the product. There are some products that may have warranty and refund possibility, but this will be specified when purchasing the product. In such cases the warranty will only cover manufacturing faults and will only be effective when the product has been used correctly. The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing faults and operation under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only become effective if the product has been used correctly. This includes:
- According to the technical specifications indicated for each product.
- In environmental conditions according to the specifications indicated by the manufacturer.
- In specific use for the function for which it was designed at the factory.
- In electrical operating conditions according to the specifications and tolerances indicated.
- Products are guaranteed for 30 days from the day of purchase. Cases of warranty coverage:
- Damage without own cause
- Manufacturing damage
In the event that the product requests warranty for any of the above cases and is not repairable, it will be exchanged for an equal model or for a different part with the same value.
If the piece suffers damage due to a fall, blow, misuse, carelessness or not taking care of the product, the company is not responsible for the cost of the repair or warranty. For each purchase, all the necessary information for the proper care of each product is enclosed.
